The market place we work in has changed over the last few years and as such the Company is looking to new markets to ensure the continued success of the business. This will involve sales and marketing activities including how our business is presented to current and potential customers. This links directly with our current Quality Objectives which are set and reviewed as part of the Management Review process.

The Management team will ensure that the proper managerial, technical and administrative controls will operate in order to enable this policy to be maintained. The team will also maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and customer focus.
It is the management’s policy to ensure that all personnel involved in the company’s operations have the skills, experience, understanding and appropriate training to properly carry out their duties and responsibilities.
A central part of our policy is to strive to improve quality performance. We achieve this through the continual improvement of our Quality Management System.
